Store PoliciesIf you have questions about our products, suggestions on how to improve our site, or an inquiry regarding your order, you may contact us by email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. ReturnsIf you wish to return an item, you must contact us by email within 14 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned to the address we will provide at that time. If you are returning the item because it was damaged during shipping, please see the "Broken or Damaged Merchandise" return policy below. If you are returning an item for any other reason, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. In order to qualify for a refund, all returned products must be in saleable condition in their original packaging. It is your responsiblity to use adequate packing material in order to ensure that the item will arrive at our warehouse undamaged. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned orders. If your order qualified for free or discounted shipping, please be aware that the full non-discounted shipping expenses for the order will be deducted from your refund. Broken or Damaged MerchandisePlease exercise caution when removing models from packaging! Breyer models are not indestructible and can chip or scratch if mishandled. All products are inspected for damage prior to shipment. If you receive a damaged product, it is your responsibility to file a claim with UPS. The UPS claims department can be reached at 800-742-5877. Damage claims must be made to UPS within 10 days of the invoice date. You must save all the original packaging materials, even if there is no apparent damage to the shipping carton. Do not return damaged items to The Bucking Mule; if you do so you may lose your right to file a claim. Lost MerchandisePlease keep your UPS tracking number and use it to track the status of your shipment. If your order is listed as delivered but you did not receive it, it is possible that UPS delivered it to the wrong address. If this happens, you must contact UPS to resolve the problem; it is their responsibility to ensure safe delivery Fax OrdersWe will accept orders by fax 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just fax your order to us at (413) 235-2775. Payment TypeFor your convenience, The Bucking Mule accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. We will also accept personal checks via surface mail (checks must accompany your order and must clear before shipping). A service charge of $25 will apply to any returned checks. Pre-ordersWe accept pre-orders by email. Please inquire to sales@buckingmule.com. Pricing and AvailabilityAll orders are received on a first-come, first-served basis. In most cases, our website will notify visitors when an item is out of stock. Prices are subject to change without notice. ShippingShipping within the Continental United States is via UPS Ground. The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order which usually provides better value than paying a standard "flat rate" per item often offered by online retailers.
